美超微早盘暴跌24％ 因会计师事务所“有疑虑”辞任

美超微（Super Micro Computer）30日在美股早盘暴跌24%，因盘前传出其会计师事务所安永（EY）向该公司辞职，表示对该公司的治理和透明度有疑虑。

华尔街日报一个月前报导，美超微正在接受美国司法部调查，一位前员工指控公司违反会计规则。

美超微表示，已开始寻找新的会计师事务所。

纽约三大指数30日早盘在平盘之上狭幅波动，但费半指数大跌逾2%，台积电ADR跌逾1%，辉达（Nvidia）也跌约1%。29日盘后公布上季财报的超微（AMD），早盘暴跌9%，但Google母公司字母则涨逾6%。
